The First of the Lasts

This weekend was the first on our list of lasts. We went camping with some friends to Higgins Lake to celebrate Labor Day weekend. We didn't do much swimming in the lake because the water was pretty cold but the weather was great. The kids spent a lot of time playing at the playground while the adults played cards or sat around and talked. Basically it was a great way to take a break from the hectic schedule during the week. This was probably the last time we will go camping before our move and now we plan on selling our trailer.

P.S. Jacob requested that all the entries on our blog be hott pink, so this is as close as its going to get.

I GUESS I WILL BE FIRST WITH A COMMENT. ALL OF YOU ARE HEADED FOR THE CHANCE OF A LIFE TIME! YOU ALL MEAN SO MUCH TO MOM AND ME! CERTAINLY WE WILL REALLY MISS YOU BUT WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO VISIT WHEN WE CAN. MOM STILL HAS A JOB SO WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY AS LONG AS WE WOULD LIKE BUT ALL OF YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR HEARTS AND MIND! MAY GOD BLESS YOU EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY!

Queary's said: We count it a privilege to be part of the first of your lasts. We will miss camping with you and watching our kids grow up together --- but maybe we will be related some day! If not, we will always count you all as some of our best friends! We will definately keep in touch and we are hoping to visit -- you understand the travel restraints of a family of 6!

Hey Bergs!
I am excited that you are going to have a blog site and keep us up to date on all your life happenings. There will be lots of first and lots of lasts in the next few months. May you see the joy and experience God's love in all of these situations. You will have to post pictures of your new house and all of the other cool stuff you are going to see. I am super excited for you guys!

Tell Jacob that pink is a very good color! A very good Mary Kay color! Blessings!
